Please use shelter line for adoption inquires, cremation information, lost or found pets, surrenders and volunteer questions only. We do not have a receptionist at the shelter, so please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Please use the dispatch line for all requests for service and all general animal related concerns. The Alpine Police Department dispatches our Animal Services Officers to their calls and can get you in touch with one regarding any calls, questions or concerns you may have in a timely manner.

Please do not call the shelter or email our officers for call outs or emergencies. We want to assist you as quickly as possible and we are not always by our shelter phone or on email. The quickest response time is through the non emergency dispatch line. All call out requests through the shelter line and email will be told to contact dispatch.

Please fill out the following application and return it to the Alpine Police Department or the animal shelter so that an appointment can be made with the on-duty animal services officer to do a property inspection
